Deaf Community Battling a Virtual World.

1st Class Final Project – Goldsmiths, University of London – 2021

For my final project, before completing my BA Journalism degree at Goldsmiths, University of London, I spotlighted the struggle that the UK death community was facing during the COVID Pandemic. Through in-depth research and various interviews with those in the death community, as well as those who work with and support them, I delved into the lack of accessibility in virtual learning; the demand for British Sign Language interpreters; virtual working; access to support; healthcare; and social interaction.
